Refusal of Unauthorized Email Collection

Itrencotech Co., Ltd. hereby refuses to allow email addresses posted on this website (itrencotech.com) to be collected by email harvesting programs or other technical means without authorization. Violation of this notice may result in criminal punishment under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

The Company clearly states its refusal to allow collection of email addresses from this Site. Any unauthorized collection, sale, distribution, or use of such addresses for information transmission may be subject to penalties under the laws below.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)

  1. ①No one shall collect email addresses from internet websites that explicitly state their refusal to allow collection, using automated programs or other technical means.
  2. ②No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph ①.
  3. ③No one shall use email addresses whose collection, sale, or distribution is prohibited under paragraphs ① and ②, knowing they are prohibited, for the purpose of transmitting information.

Article 74 (Penalties)

Those who violate the above provisions may be subject to a fine of up to KRW 10,000,000.

Any unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this Site or sending of spam emails using such addresses may result in a criminal complaint under applicable laws.
